What are your trading hours?
The trading
platform is available 24 hours daily from 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time
(EST) Sundays through 4:30pm EST, including most U.S. holidays.

What will occur to open positions at the end of the trading day?
Unless specific settlement instructions are provided, all positions will
automatically roll forward to the next day's value date at the end of
each business day, 5:00 pm EST. All rolls will be done at competitive
rollover rates, and depending on the currency pairs involved, trades
will be executed where the trader will either earn or pay away points,
depending on the interest rate differential between the two currencies.

Can I place orders over the phone?
Your trading
platform is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection.
Simply go to
www.fxinternationalgroup.com/home.htm
and login to your account. If you are traveling or do not have access
to a computer with an Internet connection, you may execute trades with
the dealing desk by calling 1-908-731-0700.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
First Time Installation Instructions

Client Users:
Microsoft VM is necessary to receive our rates. It is a software
component that usually comes with Windows but sometimes is omitted.
If you do not see rates after first logging into the trading platform,
click on this link:
Microsoft VM.
Java Client Users:
The Java-based applet utilizes Sun's Java Runtime Environment (JRE).
First time users of the dealing software must install the JRE
before attempting to login to the system.
Step 1: Click on the install link below.
Step 2: Your web browser will automatically start the JRE
download. Follow the online instructions - selecting 'run the program
from its current location' - and then selecting 'Next' until the process
is finished.
Step 3: Once you have successfully installed the JRE, go to
www.fxinternationalgroup.com
and click
on the 'Login to your Demo Account' or 'Login to your Trading Account',
depending on your account type. The dealing applet will automatically
load. Please have your User ID and password (emailed to you separately)
ready; they are required to login to the system.
